Introducing My VRC, the new self-serve portal for VRC Members.

Members will be able to renew their 2024/25 membership, purchase optional products, view and update their membership details and see their cash-on-card credit balance.

My VRC replaces webstore which was decommissioned on 28 May 2024.

Logging in to My VRC to renew your membership requires a password reset in the first instance and can be done via the link below.

My VRC is a self-serve portal accessible via an email address attached to your membership account. If you do not have an email address, please contact the Membership Services Team on 1300 727 575, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

My VRC is powered by Microsoft CRM utilising their cloud environment (Azure), which is protected by Microsoft’s leading security protocols that includes the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is connected to the international secure payment gateway – CyberSource (VISA).

Credit card information is not stored in My VRC. We use a secure token created by our banking partner (ANZ) and this token is stored in the CyberSource (VISA) system.

Microsoft Azure is a cloud platform developed by Microsoft offering a vast array of IT capability. Microsoft Azure is secured by enhanced security protocols and hosted in Microsoft owned data centres across the globe.

CyberSource (VISA) is a payment processing and fraud management gateway utilised by the VRC’s banking partner (ANZ) and owned and operated by VISA to provide secure credit card payment online and in person.

Credit card information is not stored in My VRC. We use a secure token created by our banking partner (ANZ) and this token is stored in the CyberSource (VISA) system.

Members can change their details in My VRC at any time. Simply login and go to the My Details section where you can update your personal details, any payment details, and your marketing communication preference.
