The Annual General Meeting of members of Victoria Racing Club Limited (VRC) will be held at Flemington Racecourse in The Committee Room, at 3pm on Tuesday 16 December 2025.

VRC Members will have the option to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting either in person or online. Further details, including information on online registrations, will be shared closer to the date.

Nominations of candidates for election to the Board of the VRC will open on Monday 20 October 2025. 

Nominations must be sent to the Company Secretary by 5pm on Thursday 6 November 2025.
