The $1 million Group 1 Howden Australian Guineas (1600m) headlined the second day of the Flemington Racing Spectacular on Howden Australian Guineas Day.
The country’s most talented three-year-olds lined up over the Flemington mile, looking to follow in the footsteps of 2023 winner, impressive New Zealand filly Legarto. The undercard featured the $1 million Inglis Sprint (1200m), ultimately taken out in a stellar ride by Southport Tycoon under Jamie Kah.
Racegoers of all ages indulged in the ultimate retro resort as the Flemington Fareground made an exciting return as the vibrant Fareground Resort.
