Get ready for the return of Rapid Racing, running at Flemington, your home of summer racing.
The action starts early and won’t let up when this crowd favourite returns to Flemington.
This shorter, punchier program will see seven sprints down the famous Flemington straight with a quick 30 minute gap between races. The race card is highlighted by the Jockeys Challenge, a competition that will see popular AFL personalities Robert "Dipper" DiPierdomenico and Josh Jenkins team up with the top fourteen riders in Victoria to compete over seven sprint races from 3pm to 6pm.
It will be an exciting afternoon of Rapid Racing and a lovely evening of entertainment. We start the afternoon with a “Happy Hour” for the first hour from gates open and finish with extended hours after the last for those who want to settle in and kick on into the evening. Stick around for our ‘Party After the Last’ with a headline DJ John Course on the Front Lawn Beer Garden after the last race. Plus there’ll be plenty of food options from the various food trucks and retail outlets on course. Not to mention ice cold beverages and summer cocktails to keep you in the summer mood!

Now in its third year, Resimax Group Rapid Racing features a short, punchy program with all races run on the famous Flemington straight course over distances ranging from 1000m to 1200m with 30 minute gaps between races.
