Gather your friends for your first ever Car Boot Party at Flemington, where you can book a dedicated space and make it a party you’ll never forget.
The best thing about a Car Boot Party is you can choose to BYO – food, beverages (including alcohol), tables, chairs and decorations to add your unique flare – or let the VRC accredited hirers and caterers handle everything for you.
Choose between a Standard Site or a Super Site and create your own unique party. Whether you want it grand or casual, you can play host to friends and family, impressing them with your personal style and taste.
You will have access to all the thrilling racing action on superscreens including the race that stops a nation™ and a DJ to keep the party going all day long ensuring a one-of-a-kind Lexus Melbourne Cup Day party.
*Please note: Price includes access to The Nursery and General Public access throughout Flemington including The Park, The Front Lawn, The Elms and Club Lawn Hotel.
The Car Boot Party is located in The Nursery, a VRC members area and Members Dress Regulations apply.
Inclusions
- Space for you and up to 24 of your mates (minimum 10 people per booking, each person requires their own ticket)
- Option to BYO food, beverages and set up your own space as you please
- Access to superscreens for all the racing coverage
- Access to betting facilities and live entertainment
- Access to all Public areas on course including The Park with some of the best artists performing on the Live Stage
- Tickets are available to purchase via Ticketmaster
- Site locations will be allocated by the VRC, and ticket purchasers will be notified in early October.
- Your ticket gets you access into The Nursery and all General Public areas located on course including The Park, The Front Lawn, The Elms and Club Lawn Hotel.
- Your ticket does not allow access into the Members Enclosure.
- Signage which includes banners, posters, flags and any other promotional material (unless approved by the Victoria Racing Club
- Laser pointers, fireworks and/or drones
- Animals (other than a guide dog)
- Hay bales, shredded paper, confetti, rice, streamers or similar items
- Barrels or kegs
- Generator, refrigerated van or heater
- Wood fired BBQ (gas BBQ only which you can BYO or rent)
- Temporary flooring
- Personal DJ
- Strictly no flooring or annexe structures can be placed within a Super Site
- There is no power to the Super Sites and the use of generators is strictly prohibited
