I love that this red velvet suit has a longline jacket and flared trousers, I felt it was a modern vibe but with a bit of a twist! I tried a few colour combos including an orange shirt, but finally settled on the blue that I found on sale and added gold buttons. The blue lapel flower is made from a second matching blue shirt, and I hand-made it myself. I added a few accessories to balance the outfit out, such as the cream clutch (a trusty wardrobe staple!), and the earrings, rings, black scarf, shoes, and brooch were also from my wardrobe. I love finding new uses for things I already own so I was chuffed to be able to create this outfit with them.
